Farewell ceremony for Kyrgyzstan Paralympic delegation held in Bishkek

AKIPRESS website —— Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Kyrgyzstan Edirne Baisarov attended the departure ceremony of the Kyrgyz Paralympic delegation.

According to the Cabinet, during the meeting, Baisarov congratulated the Paralympic athletes for receiving permission to participate in the 17th Summer Paralympic Games in Paris and expressed pride in their achievements.

Baisarov noted that for the first time in the history of independent Kyrgyzstan, four athletes were represented in weightlifting, triathlon, athletics and judo.

He handed the flag to Mamatibram Suranov, captain of the Kyrgyz Paralympic team.

Kyrgyzstan’s Paralympic team includes Gulnaz Zhuzbayeva (track and field), Aytunuk Jomart-Kizi (triathlon), Mamatibrum Suranov (judo) and Mirgul Bolotalieva (weightlifting).
