Our junior national team continues to prepare for the West Asian Championships in Jordan in early September next year.
In the preparatory camp in Mukalla city, Hadramaut province, the youth team conducted intensive training for the second consecutive day at the Shab Hadramaut Club Stadium, which included technical and physical exercises, including recovery exercises. Last Sunday, the team played a preliminary match with Mukalla Club, which they won by 5 goals, while Mukalla won by 1 goal.
The players received a theoretical lecture from Captain Summer Fadl, Technical Director, which focused on diagnosing the shortcomings and mistakes made in past friendlies and how to address them in a way that suits the players’ abilities and capabilities.
Coach Fadel praised the players for the advanced level they had shown in the previous games and stressed the need to demonstrate responsibility and redouble their efforts during the remaining preparation period.
The team plans to hold two trials before leaving for Jordan at the end of this month. The first match will be played against the Rocab Club at the Rocab Club Stadium in Jordan the day after tomorrow (Thursday). The team will also hold two trials in Jordan. The preparations will end next Sunday with a match against the Alta Damon Club.
