Tegucigalpa – Ficohsa and the Honduran Football Federation (FFH) announced on Tuesday the prices for the sale of tickets for the Honduran national team’s CONCACAF Nations League games in September against the national teams of Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica.
The match against Trinidad and Tobago will be played on Friday, September 6th, and the match against Jamaica will be held on the 10th at 8:00 pm at the Chelato Uclés Stadium in Tegucigalpa.
Sol Norte and Sur seats cost 250 Lempiras and 125 Lempiras for seniors and are valid for both races.
While for the Northern and Southern Shadows it is 400 Lempiras per game and 200 Lempiras for seniors.
Finally, seats cost 1000 lempiras per game and 500 lempiras for seniors.
Germán Castañeda, Ficohsa vice president of corporate communications, announced the adoption of the “Catracho model” package, which includes offering promotions so that fans can get tickets for both games at a lower price.
In the sol locations in the north and south, the price of the “Modo Catracho” package is 400 lempiras and 200 lempiras for seniors.
For the south and north shading, the price in the promotional package will be 700 lempiras and 350 lempiras for seniors.
However, in the town of Shilla, the promotional package is not included, Castañeda reported.
Tickets will go on sale starting this Tuesday at any ‘tiene’ point nationwide and can also be purchased through the ‘GO’ app.
Castaneda said he is pushing for those watching the game against Trinidad and Tobago to also watch the game against Jamaica in front of a full stadium.
FFH secretary general José Ernesto Mejía said the matches were attractive to Honduran fans and that was enough to fill the stadium on those days.
He said the matches would have an impact on FIFA’s rankings and would also affect the grouping for the next stage of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
Mejia defined Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago as strong opponents who always perform well.
He confirmed that 17,000 tickets would be available for both games.
Finally, he urged Honduran fans to refrain from homophobic, racist and discriminatory chants on match days, lest the Honduran Football Association be fined. silver
