But experts stress that in Germany, the popularity of the Alternative is growing, but at the same time the opposition CDU is also gaining strength, its leader Friedrich Merz is particularly supportive of providing Ukraine with German cruise missiles.

In addition, he added, the party led by Prime Minister Giorgia Malone won in Italy. For Italy, which is vulnerable to populism, Malone’s rule is a good result from the perspective of Ukrainian interests. At the same time, Donald Tusk’s victory in Poland means that Warsaw will adopt a more active foreign policy and strengthen cooperation with Brussels, which is a good sign.
