08-19-24.- The Supreme Court (TSJ) has raised questions about electoral expertise regarding the electoral materials delivered by the CNE and political parties, in particular from electoral expert Eugenio Martínez.

Through his account on the social network X, Martínez criticized the methodology used by the TSJ to verify the election results announced on July 28.

Martinez noted that “the expert opinion presented by TSJ is limited to transcribing the minutes provided by the CNE and comparing its results with the aggregated database of CNE records.” Experts said this approach is not enough to ensure a full review of the election results.

The expert also warned that “this action alone does not validate the results announced by Elvis Amoroso on July 28.”

«Only an independent review that verifies the authenticity of the database and physical material recorded by the CNE and its correspondence to July 28 can validate the results. If the authenticity of the material provided by the CNE is not verified in advance and if this material corresponds to the presidential election of July 28, the expert opinion of the TSJ is useless. ” he concluded.

This statement calls into question the validity of the verification process conducted by TSJ, indicating that a deeper analysis is needed to ensure transparency and accuracy of the electoral process.
