President Kagame sends congratulatory message to outgoing and incoming government officials
Dr. Jean Chrysostome Ngabitsinze, then Minister of Trade and Industry, commended the President for the confidence he had shown in him and for appointing him to the Government.

The then Sports Minister, Aurore Mimosa Munyangaju, said being in the position was a once in a lifetime experience that he would always remember.
He said: “I take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the President of the Republic, Mr Paul Kagame, for the service I provided to the Rwandan people and Rwanda under your leadership when I was Minister of Sports. I will always remember this experience.”
Christine Nkulikinka appointed Minister of Public Service and Labour
Christine Nkulikinka, who was appointed as the Minister of Civil Service and Labour, said she is proud to be a part of the Rwandan government and will work hard in her assigned position.
“I am extremely honored to be part of the new Governorate! I thank the President of the Republic, Paul Kagame, from the bottom of my heart for the trust he continues to show in me. I am determined to work hard and deliver on my new commitments!” he said.
Prudence Sebahizi, who was appointed Minister of Trade and Industry (MINICOM), said she was happy because President Kagame trusted her and that she was ready to serve the Rwandan people.

Richard Nileshma, who was appointed as the Sports Minister, praised the President and said he was ready to promote sports.

Dr. Doris Uwesiza Picard, who was appointed to succeed Dr. Usta Katesi as Director-General of the National Governance Office (RGB), has praised President Kagame and stressed that he is ready to serve Rwandans and the country as a whole.

The current government members also thanked the President of Rwanda for the confidence reaffirmed in them and assured him that they would perform their duties with dedication and commitment and strive for the development of Rwanda.
Dr. Jean Chrysostome Ngabitsinze, Minister of Trade and Industry, also commended the Head of State for the confidence he has placed in him.
The five-year Rwandan government of the recently elected President Kagame consists of 21 ministers, nine state secretaries and a director of the Rwanda Governance Bureau (RGB).
