Dubai Lynx International Festival of Creativity has announced a new partnership with Publicis Groupe to launch an academy for young professionals in the Middle East and North Africa region. The Young Lynx Academy will take place from March 12 to 14, 2023, preceding the Dubai Lynx Festival on March 14.
The Academy aims to support young talents in the field of creative communications by providing them with free mentoring opportunities. This immersive program will last for three days and will include lectures and workshops led by industry leaders from the region who will inspire and mentor participants, as well as a 24-hour hackathon to help young people push their strategies and creative limits when working on charity projects.
The academy is open to ambitious young talent aged 30 or under who have worked in the creative, media, digital or social industries in the GCC or MENA region for at least one year. Successful applicants will also receive tickets to the festival and Lynx party on March 14.
