South Sudanese President Salva Kiir on Friday dismissed Maloul Tapdieu, the first deputy minister of the Ministry of Finance and Planning, and appointed Garang Majak Bor as the new minister.
The change was announced in a decree broadcast by the state-owned South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation (SSBC).
