Nicaraguan José Morales Esquivel was arrested in the United States for sexually abusing a minor in Little Havana, Miami, Florida.
After being detained, Morales was fined $42,000 by a judge and was subject to immigration authorities for having a warrant for his arrest.
Jose Morales, who according to US authorities had been under the influence of drugs, will be charged with being found in his possession of intimate photos and videos of a 12-year-old girl and her mother.
