Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree pardoning 30 people convicted in connection with the protests.

Among those pardoned were 14 women and 16 men, some of whom had serious illnesses and were of retirement age.
Notably, those who are pardoned acknowledge their crimes, “genuinely repent of their actions, and are committed to leading a law-abiding life.”
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus is responsible for monitoring the fulfilment of these obligations.
