The National Meteorological Institute (INAM) predicts the following weather conditions for Saturday (17th), the 844th day of the public health emergency in Mozambique: clear skies in Niassa, Cabo Delgado and Nampula provinces, with clouds in coastal areas; drizzle or light rain is possible in coastal areas; southwest to southeast winds are weak to moderate, with occasional local gusts.
In Tete, Zambézia, Manica and Sofala provinces, clear skies with a few clouds are expected; mist or morning fog; and weak to moderate winds from southeast to northeast.
In the provinces of Inhambane, Gaza and Maputo, INAM expects cloudy to clear skies; possible fog or morning mist; northeasterly winds, sometimes locally gusty.
