According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, workers from the Akmola region’s emergency department came to the rescue of a woman born in 1944 who had fallen in her closed apartment and was unable to get up.

Rescuers who arrived at the scene used a tripod ladder to enter the third-floor apartment through the window and found the grandmother lying on the floor. They then transferred her to an ambulance.
