Tegita Academy Hosted international training for German automobile brand MAN. Trainers from Germany and the UAE introduced the advantages of MAN trucks to the participants in detail.

A complex two-day conference, which, in addition to a theoretical part, also includes a practical component, is prepared for sales teams. International training organized on the basis of the “Tegeta Academy” is the first step towards a large-scale goal, which we hope to end with the status of a regional training center. Negotiations are ongoing in two directions: retraining of our trainers by MAN, which will lead the training process in Tbilisi after receiving the relevant knowledge documents, and lecture seminars, which will be held directly by representatives of the German brand for participants from the countries of the region. The “Tegeta Academy” will become the main center for knowledge sharing.

The theme of this seminar is: “MAN “Truck Advantages and Sales Methods” consists of several components. MAN trainers first introduce the participants to the structure, production characteristics and competitive advantages of German brand trucks in theory. The next stage is carried out directly with the trucks, which includes practical tasks. The process is carried out in a service center equipped with modern MAN equipment. As for effective communication with customers, this part was led by “Tegeta Academy” instructors. Representatives of authorized academies and multifunctional training centers introduced modern methods and technologies to trainees.

The two-day training seminar at the “Tegeta Academy” attended by MAN representatives has come to an end. The company is currently preparing for the next meeting. Preparations for a closer and more intensive cooperation have been actively going on for several months.

Until the negotiations with the German brand are concluded, the “Tegeta Academy” is preparing to carry out 30 training sessions by the end of this year according to the written plan.

The layout of the learning space in Poti and Batumi has been basically completed, and a total of 14 new projects will be launched in the near future. The Batumi training center will fully cover the needs of “Tegeta” in the direction of light vehicles, trucks, special equipment and electric vehicles. In Poti, with the help of special simulators, those who are willing will receive training in port equipment specialization.

Six new programs are planned to be implemented in the capital. In addition, “Tegeta” employees will go abroad for training to improve their quality.
