The strike will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on August 16-18 and August 23-25, 2024. A sit-in will be held at the workplace in the operations center each day. The union demands that the management of Morocco Motorways commit to more social justice, be more open to dialogue and respect the rights of employees in order to put an end to the discrimination and humiliation they suffer. It calls for the establishment of a committee tasked with overseeing the resolution of demands and the implementation of the terms of the social contract.

The unions warned management against continued violations of their fundamental rights, in particular the right to organize, which is guaranteed by the Constitution, national laws and international conventions, and reiterated their determination to defend these rights by all legal means.
