On the instructions of the Commander-in-Chief of the Haitian National Police (PNH), Rameau Normil, officers from the Departmental Operations and Intervention Brigade (BOID) were deployed to Akaai (Ouest Department)
The officers’ arrival was cheered by residents of Akaay, who welcomed the decision of the GNP high command.
It is noteworthy that this installation is intended to strengthen the police presence in the area and continue police interventions and operations to facilitate the free movement of civilians.
Philippine National Health Agency Acting Director Rameau Normil believes that the police population marriage (MPP) is necessary to ensure the success of the system.
