In a hard-working operation, the National Police captured criminals Oscar Abel Montes Picado, 32, and Mauricio Antonio Tercero, 36, two of the five criminals who stole 484,555 Córdoba from a truck worker carrying various products in the Gate 3 area, Pantasma, Jinotega.

The criminals were driving a red motorcycle with license plate number MT 46-912 when they were arrested, and a 9 mm pistol and a backpack containing 259,476 Cordoba, which was part of the stolen money, were seized from them.
The criminals attacked with firearms the Freightliner truck with license plate M 38-104 driven by Beker Hernández, who was traveling with Maryan Picado and Rolando Marín, and threatened them to commit the crime.
Becker Hernandez told police: “They started shooting, forcing me to stop the march… They immediately took my backpack with the money, which was the proceeds from the day’s sales, and then they ran away.”
Police are still hunting for three other criminals who are still evading justice and are presumed to be in possession of the rest of the stolen money.
