A student of the Anesthesiologist Program at the Faculty of Medicine (FK) of Diponegoro University (Undip) in Semarang, whose initials are ARL (30), was found dead in his dormitory.
Gajahmungkur police chief Commissioner Agus Hartono said this was based on the statement of a doctor called by police to examine the victim.

As a result of the on-site investigation of witnesses and evidence, the police discovered a diary in which the victim stated that he was planning to resign due to a conflict with his predecessor.
“We checked the diary evidence and he felt that he and his seniors had studied very hard,” he said.
It is understood that the victim has lived in the boarding house for a year. Previously, he had told his mother that he wanted to resign because he was not capable enough.
“So there is a story about the schools not being strong enough. There is also the possibility that the seniors were being given orders at any given moment to be draconian in demanding this, that, that, that,” said Police Chief Agus.
The victim was found suspected dead as his girlfriend could not contact the victim since morning. When we visited the boarding house, it was locked from inside. He then tried to call his mobile but no one answered.
“We asked for help from his friend, who checked the Tembalang boarding house and it was empty,” he said.
Finally, the victim’s girlfriend went back there and checked with the landlady, but couldn’t open it with the spare key.
“We ended up calling the locksmith and found out he was dead,” explained Police Chief Agus.
