August Strindberg was married three times, all to independent, professional women; Siri von Essen and Harriet Bosse were actors, and Frida Uhl was a journalist. In the exhibition, we learn more about Strindberg’s wives before, during, and after marriage through text, photos, and objects.

Hiking in Bogesundslandet
Meet at Frösvik pier at 11:00 and take bus 80 from Ropsten pier at 10.10.
Your guide Torbjörn Ljunglöf will take you into the forests of Bogesundlandet. Old cultural sites, large lime trees, ancient ruins and small farms, as well as a magnificent view over Stora Värtan from Kvarnberget. Arranged by the Nature Conservation Society.

Earth Bridge Festival 2024

The renowned American multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter performs an acoustic solo show in Stockholm. This prolific and high-quality artist released one of his best albums, “Three Bells”, earlier this year.
