On Saturday, the power supply to Kimingi in the Hanus region was cut off for several hours due to insulation damage.
The blackout began just after 5pm and at its peak more than 700 Oulu Energy customers were affected.
According to the Oulu Energy Operations Center, the power outage was caused by insulation damage on the 20 kV overhead transmission line.
At 19:44, power supply was restored to all customers.
