Finnish Harps suffer defeat in Cobh

Finn Harps were beaten 0-2 by Cobh Ramblers in their SSE Airtricity League Division One match at St Colman’s Park this evening.

In the 31st minute of the match, Liam Kerwick scored to put Cork in control of the game.

David Bosnjak scored in the 93rd minute to seal the victory.

The result leaves Harps still in fourth place but third-placed Athlone Town now have a game in hand which could put them five points clear of Darren Murphy’s side…

In other matches, leaders Cork City beat Longford Town 2-0 at Turners Cross, UCD beat County Kerry 2-1 thanks to an injury-time goal and Treaty United beat Bray Rovers 2-0.
