Lela Elise Lockhart Burrows, 83, of Ruslan Avenue, South Beach, formerly of Duncan, Ragde Island, died Saturday, February 29, 2020, at her daughter’s home.
She leaves behind two daughters, Kim Smith and Jachelle Burrows-Brown; one son, Keith Mortimer; eight grandchildren, Jammal, Owen, Ryan and Amanda Mortimer, Jamal and Alexis Smith, Yani and Justin Rolle; three great-grandchildren, Jamam, Saniya and Olivia Mortimer; one sister, Sybiline Lockhart-Adderley; and numerous other relatives and friends.
