“We bring a new Andean menu to Santa Cruz. “We try to integrate many inputs, which is why we try to bring Raja’s bread, but not just in large quantities,” Soto explained.

Originally, Laja bread was made from simple ingredients, including flour, a little yeast, butter, sugar and water. It will have a highland flavor as it will be served with sheep’s milk cheese, dried meat and meat.
