After the tragedy, it was discovered that Vladimir Serkov, born in 1952, often suffered from headaches, took neurological drugs, and attempted suicide many times. His employer, the company “Russian Airlines”, not knowing this, so Vladimir continued to fly on the “An-2”.

Vladimir and Tatiana were married in 1972 and had one son, but in 1976 family life broke down.
