This year’s show will feature performances by Vaughnette Bigford and her band, as well as D’ All Starz, which includes College Boy Jesse and Ding Dong. All-inclusive options include a pasta station with choices like golden coconut cream pasta and spicy three-cheese ravioli; antipasti platters; and Italian handheld delights like polpette al sugo and arancini. The dessert menu includes mini cannoli cups and tiramisu in shot glasses.
The iconic UWI Gala has evolved into the UWI Garden Party but remains a fundraiser dedicated to providing scholarships and bursaries to deserving students.
