The Supervisory Committee for Personal Data Protection BES (CBP BES) has opened an investigation into a possible data breach at the Bonaire Civil Basic Administration.
After the executive committee reported the possible violations, CBP BES began investigating what happened. The investigation includes interviews with officials and directors involved and may include site visits.
Once the investigation is complete, a report is drafted, which is first shared with the relevant organizations and then the conclusions and recommendations are published.
