A Tiktok employee says her employer “completely disregarded” her needs and rejected her request to work from home, but her complaint has been dismissed by the Workplace Relations Commission.
Complainant Alina Karabko claimed that the defendant, Tiktok Technology Ltd, did not consider her application to continue with a fully remote working arrangement under the Work-Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 .
