The Morris County St. Patrick’s Day Committee is honored to announce Keith Wood as the 2025 Grand Marshal.

Wood is a longtime parade volunteer who helps coordinate the marching band.

Keith lives in Chester, NJ with his wife, Kerri-Lynn. He is the father of Sean, Brendan and Kaitlyn.

Keith has strong Irish ancestry, with his parents Dermot and Margaret’s families coming from Oldcastle, County Meath and County Cork respectively.

He was touched and honored to be nominated.

Wood is the bandmaster at the Rory O’Moore Pipe and Drum School, which he and his siblings founded 30 years ago. He is also a member of the Morris County Goodwill Sons of St. Patrick.

Keith, a current member and past president of the Northwest Irish American Association of New Jersey, whose parents are also past presidents, said his parents had a big influence on his support of Irish heritage.

“It’s also a great way to honor my parents, who were involved in Irish culture as members of IANNW and other organizations.”
