Through its programmes and products, the Fund seeks to continue developing and improving the skills of the nation’s sons and daughters, raising their level of participation in the labour market and stimulating the private sector’s contribution to Emiratisation, while strengthening its partnership with the relevant authorities to train, employ and empower national cadres and increase their competitiveness and sustainability, thus contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 strategy for the development of its human and labour market.
It is noteworthy that the Fund’s strategy, launched in the first quarter of last year, contributes to increasing the number of individuals and institutions that benefit from the Fund’s programs and services and aims to achieve three main objectives: strengthening the development of the country’s human capital to meet the requirements of a changing labor market, improving the relationship between supply and demand in the country’s labor market, and promoting and maintaining employment in the private sector.
