China ranked last, with only 19% saying they had never been a victim of cybercrime.

The survey shows that the majority of people at the international level are also concerned about this, with an average of 53% of citizens in 15 countries saying they are worried or very worried about being attacked by a cyber attack. In terms of anxiety, India ranks first with 80%, while the Netherlands ranks last with 27%. Due to the large number of unreported cases, there are different estimates of the scale of cybercrime and the damage caused by cybercriminals.

Yet most experts agree that harm is growing almost exponentially every year, while only a handful of perpetrators are arrested or convicted.
