The electoral commission said it has invited representatives from 12 countries to observe the upcoming presidential election.
Representatives from countries including India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan and the Maldives have been invited to observe the 2024 presidential election scheduled for September 21, Election Commission Chairman RMAL Rathnayake said.
