The driver of the car lost control of the steering wheel, ran off the road and overturned. A 25-year-old woman died in the accident. Two injured people were seriously injured and two were slightly injured.
The incident has been investigated under Article 276 of the Civil Code, which involves violations of traffic safety or operating rules.
